The country star, 68, is selling his mansion in San Antonio, Texas, for $7.5 million, according to TopTenRealEstateDeals.com. Strait and his wife, Norma, bought the land for the home in the ‘90s and enlisted sculptor-turned-architect Bill Tull to design it. The result was a stunning mansion with plenty of quirky custom touches, including 14 hand-sculpted fireplaces, walls made of imported adobe, and rustic, beamed ceilings. The rooms in the house have a cozy, intimate feel, thanks to their rounded corners and warm, earthy tones and textures. However, there’s nothing small about this 8,000-square-foot mansion, which has three bedrooms—each en suite with its own fireplace—and six baths. There’s also a separate guest house (aka the ‘casita’) with a bedroom and bath, living room and kitchenette, and the main house includes a chef’s kitchen and a gym with a sauna. Outside, there’s plenty of space for entertaining on large terraces paved with unusual tile patterns. The outdoor amenities include an infinity pool and spa looking out over San Antonio and the Texas Hill Country. Take a peek inside Strait’s incredible Texas home!
