Deezen is best known for playing Eugene Felsnic in the hit film Grease. TMZ reports the trial comes after he allegedly burglarized a nursing home in April. Police said he trespassed on a privately-owned nursing facility and refused to leave. The alleged victim said this is not the first time Deezan has been on the property, adding that he usually leaves behind items with notes. A neighbor’s security camera also showed Deezan approaching a property at night and trying to open the front door. The outlet reports he was charged with fourth-degree burglary, two counts of trespassing, and one count of disturbing the peace. Since then, the charges have been updated by prosecutors to reflect assault and disorderly conduct. However, the outlet cites a commitment order that was obtained showing that the former actor will not be able to stand trial due to a mental disorder. Deezen is currently undergoing treatment at the Maryland Department of Health where he will remain until the court deems he is no longer a danger to himself or the public. His friends and family previously told the outlet he is battling issues. This isn’t Deezan’s first brush with police in recent years. Last year, a Maryland waitress accused him of harassing her, which he followed up by accusing her of cyberbullying, per TMZ. He was also arrested at a restaurant in Maryland after refusing to leave. He reportedly threw plates and food at cops before being forcibly removed. More Entertainment:
