The clip, which Iglesias shared on his official Instagram, showed a fan posing for a selfie with the singer, who then hugged and kissed her on the cheek. The woman later surprised Iglesias by turning to hug him fully, leading him to kiss her on the other cheek. After a moment, she goes even further, planting a couple of kisses directly on his lips and taking her phone out to get a picture. Iglesias finally extricates himself and runs away, smiling at the fan. The 47-year-old posted the interaction with the caption, “Friday night in #LASVEGAS @resortsworldlv see you tonight!!!! axs.com/enriqueinvegas,” using it as a promo of sorts for his second concert in the city. The singer played two shows in total at the Resorts World Theatre in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Sept. 16 and 17. As for his kiss with a fan, it’s safe to say that the public’s reaction was mixed. A few people were jealous of the woman, and one commented, “So lucky! You are the best to your fans! 😍.” “What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas 😂😂,” someone else joked. Others brought up Iglesias’ longtime partner, Anna Kournikova, with which he shares three kids, questioning whether this was okay. “Wow! Poor Anna,” wrote one fan. “I’m confused…. Anna is cool with this?? I wouldn’t be 😮,” added another. In the video, you can see that the woman initiated the kiss on the mouth, but after, it’s unclear whether or not she is holding Iglesias to her and if he is attempting to push her away, or if he is also actively engaging in the interaction. Quite a few people also called out the woman for kissing Iglesias on the mouth without his consent, “Yet if this was done to a woman….. smh absolutely no respect.” The video was originally posted on Sept. 17, and the “Bailamos” singer has not addressed the clip or posted anything else since.
