Back in 2007, the singer-songwriter moved to the United States to attend Interlochen Center for the Arts in Michigan. But before she relocated to the U.S., she first attended an American summer camp. While at the camp, Who was exposed to a concept that schoolchildren in the States have appreciated for decades: the big yellow school bus. Upon first sight, she couldn’t believe her eyes. In a very wholesome confession, the musician admitted that prior to moving here, she believed school buses were nothing more than Hollywood magic. “At summer camp they had yellow school buses loading people up and I thought it was an only in the movies thing,” she told Parade. “I don’t know why, but in my brain, I was just like ’that’s a Hollywood thing, that’s not real life.’” Who’s hilarious honesty didn’t stop there. “And then I was like ‘Oh my god! Yellow school buses!’,” the 30-year-old recalled. With a chuckle, she continued: “Everybody was like, ‘You’re stupid.’ And I was like, ‘I feel stupid now, so thank you’.” Stupid? We don’t think so.
