If the answer is yes, you’re in luck. In honor of International Country Music Day today, Sept. 17, here are the best towns in the U.S. for lovers of southern twangs, plucky guitar strings and a healthy dose of revenge.   LawnStarter ranked 2022’s best places for country music fans. More than 180 of the biggest cities in the country were in the race, and the lawn care marketplace examined eight different factors to narrow down the winners, including the number of country-focused music festivals hosted each year, the number of country music stations, the number of related museums, and more. As you probably guessed, Nashville reigns supreme when it comes to the country music scene, but the rest of the top five are spread somewhat reasonably throughout the country, so you have options if you’re looking for somewhere new. New York City came in second place (knocking out last year’s silver medalist, Las Vegas), followed by Salt Lake City, Atlanta, and Charleston, S.C.  Shockingly, three of the bottom five cities are all found in Texas, with Brownsville coming in the final slot, just behind Killeen, and Laredo coming in at fifth to last. Paterson and Newark, N.J. fill in the fourth and third to last spots, respectively, but given their proximity to NYC, it’s no biggie for these residents.   So pack your bags, country lovers. If nothing else, we’re going on a road trip! More News:
