The actor took to his Instagram on Wednesday to share a behind-the-scenes photo of the new script, which reads “Wilmer Valderrama ‘Fez’” on the cover. “To whom it may concern… Now if I could just remember the accent.. 🫤😉” The actor captioned the post.  That ’70s Show premiered in 1998 and was a stepping stone for many future star’s careers including, Ashton Kutcher (Michael Kelso), Mila Kunis (Jackie Burkhart), and Valderrama who took on the role of foreign exchange student, Fez.  Now, nearly two decades after the series finale in 2006, Netflix is planning spinoff sequel that will welcome back many of the original actors, including Topher Grace, Laura Pepron, Debra Jo Rupp, Kurtwood Smith, Kutcher, Kunis, and Valderrama! Back in October 2021, Smith took to his Instagram account to announce the return of his character, Red Forman, along with Rupp making a return as Kitty Forman.  The sequel series will be written and produced by original That ’70s Show creators Bonnie Turner and Terry Turner and will be set in 1995, telling the story of Eric and Donna’s daughter, Leia Forman (Callie Haverda).  A new generation of kids who are under the care of Eric’s parents, Kitty and Red, will also be adding to the new storyline. The new cast will include Ashley Aufderheide, Mace Coronel, Maxwell Acee Donovan, Reyn Doi, and Sam Morelos. Filming for the sequel began back in February 2022 in front of a live audience and is expected to premiere later this year on Netflix.  Next, check out everything you need to know about the That ’70s Show spinoff.
